I’m a Technical Product & Program Manager with over 20 years of experience turning ambiguous, early-stage ideas into launched, scaled products across AI, eCommerce, and enterprise platforms.

I currently lead AI Shopping & Agentic AI initiatives at a major travel company, where I own end-to-end delivery of conversational AI agents and lead product roadmaps and quality strategies for AI shopping agents — scaling both to millions of travelers across US and global markets.

Before my current role, I shaped product and program strategy for major platforms at T-Mobile, Nordstrom, and Tableau, delivering multi-million dollar initiatives spanning cybersecurity, retail commerce, and enterprise data platforms.

My work blends product ownership and roadmap definition with rigorous program execution — multi-team orchestration, dependency management, and executive governance — across industries including travel, retail, telecom, manufacturing, and automotive.
